This Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders placed on Khan Box Maker can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation Request
Customers may request order cancellation only if the order has not been processed, packed, or dispatched from our facility.
2. Customized & Bulk Orders
Orders placed for customized products, made-to-order items, or bulk/wholesale quantities cannot be cancelled once production has started. This includes customized wedding boxes, trousseau packaging, return gift boxes, mithai box, sweet box, and bhaji box orders.
3. How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Page with your order number and reason for cancellation.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be treated as per our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
5. Refund After Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy and original mode of payment.
6. Right to Refuse Cancellation
Khan Box Maker reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already been processed, customized, or dispatched.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
