At Khan Box Maker, we aim to provide premium quality packaging. This policy explains when returns or refunds may be available.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
Returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product compared to your order.
- The product is damaged in transit (subject to verification).
- The product has a manufacturing defect (subject to verification).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of packaging products, the following are generally not eligible for return/refund:
- Customized or made-to-order items (once production has started).
- Bulk/wholesale orders (unless wrong/damaged items are received and verified).
- Products damaged due to customer handling or improper storage.
- Minor variations in color/shade/design due to photography or screen differences.
3. Return Request Window
You must raise a return/replacement request as soon as possible after delivery. For faster resolution, we recommend contacting us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof.
4. Proof Required (Mandatory)
To process any return/refund request, you must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
- Unboxing video (highly recommended for transit damage claims)
Without proof, we may not be able to approve the request.
5. Refund Process
If your request is approved, refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.
6. Replacement Process
If replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability). If replacement is not possible, a refund may be provided as per verification.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to wrong item delivery or verified damage/defect. For approved cases, return/replacement logistics will be guided by our support team.
8. Cancellation vs Refund
If an order is cancelled before dispatch (and eligible), a refund may be processed. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be handled as per this policy (if applicable).
